Exchange & Return Policy

At BARIXO, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’ve designed a hassle-free Exchange & Return Policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Articles purchased online or in-store are eligible for exchange or return within 7 days of delivery or purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with all tags intact.
  • Items must be present in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase—either the original receipt or order confirmation email is required to process exchanges and returns.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Fragrances are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • You will be required to share proof if you have received an article that is defected, in wrong size, or is incorrect.


EXCHANGES


ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY

  • An exchange request can be initiated via barixostore@gmail.com or by calling +92 320 3410089 within 7 days of order delivery.
  • Proof of purchase— the order confirmation email and order number must be provided.
  • Exchanges are subject to verification of product condition and eligibility.
  • BARIXO will arrange a doorstep pick-up of the item(s).
  • Once the items are received and verified, the requested items will be shipped.
  • The exchange process takes approximately 3–5 working days.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, customers will be issued a credit voucher of equivalent value, redeemable online.
  • Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Fragrances are not eligible for exchange.

  • Cash refunds are not offered.
  • In cases where an exchange or alternative solution cannot be provided, BARIXO may issue a refund in the form of a credit voucher exclusively redeemable online.


IN-STORE

  • Cash refunds are not offered.
  • In cases where an exchange or an alternative solution cannot be provided, BARIXO may issue a refund in the form of store credit redeemable in-stores only
